:skull360: We have now successfully upgraded to v4.4.0-alpha.4+mementomods-2025-03-14 @mementomorisocial. This upgrade contains latest and newest version, including the security updates.

The branch is now synced and up-to-date and 66 changes ahead the last version which was v4.4.0-alpha.3+mementomods-2025-03-04.

We have enabled the new feature FETCH_REPLIES_ENABLED=true. This should greatly improve the fetching of new replies.

As usual, please tell me or our other admins about any strange things you may encounter with this Mastodon version. We're running bleeding edge after all.

I hope you enjoy your time here. Feel free to send me a message if you have anything in mind. :bunhdheart:

Well #Mastodon I’ve been thinking about this and I have been considering my types of #boosts. Which do you use most (you should be able to vote for more than one) and if you want to comment on why (or any other sporadic or entertaining thoughts) please do. #PleaseBoost (obv)

Shouldn't the small team of developers at @Mastodon focus on developing the web app instead of having to have mobile apps as well? They created the most successful microblogging tool in a real federated universe and have a lot to do in terms of UI and technical challenges.

If they were an organization with a lot of money, I could understand, but that's not the case. I've more than once seen people confused with their official mobile app when we have great alternatives like @Tusky and @pachli.

We've had a new contributor via our Open Collective page. Yay!

They chose to remain #anonymous, which is of course fine, but if you're on #Mastodon and reading this message, thank you very much. We appreciate it.

There's so much we could be buying, but the new contribution just about covers two tourniquets, which is potentially two lives saved.
